Acting for CEG, Edwards sold North and South Harrington buildings at Brunswick Business Park for £9m.

North & South Harrington Buildings comprises over 120,000 sq ft of predominately industrial space on a site of over 10 acres. The occupiers included Royal Mail, Team Sport and specialist clinical nutrition products producer, Vitaflo, part of the Nestle Group.

The property was acquired by Chancerygate / JR Capital.
