Dalata / Maldron, Chapel Street | Manchester

Edwards Investment have advised CBREIM on the forward funding of a new 188-bedroom Hotel on a new 35-year lease. The hotel is to be operated by Dalata Hotel Group, under its Maldron brand.

The funding deal was in excess of £30m.
