- "Property Information" means the information that we hold on those properties listed on our website;
- "Services" refers to the property services, information and advice we offer including Office Agency, Investment, Valuation, Building Consultancy, Lease Consultancy, Retail Agency and Development Consultancy;
- "you" refers to an individual who visits, and/or registers with, our website and/or a customer who makes an enquiry (either via our website, via the telephone or in person at Edwards Property Consultants) for the Services; and;

Where you make a booking for the Services, (unless you ask us not to) we will keep your personal information after we have provided you with the relevant Services so that we can send you a reminder about when your tyres are due to be renewed, which may be up to three (3) years after provision of the Services.
Where you make an enquiry or register on our website, but do not use the Services during the following 12 months, then we will delete your data after 12 months.
