The move consolidated two existing office locations into a single flagship premises, delivering a high-quality working environment aligned with the firm’s continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.
The 42,260 sq ft Grade A office space was secured on a 15-year lease with a tenant break at year 10, following a comprehensive search and appraisal process across the Manchester market.

In addition, the team provided full building consultancy services, including fit-out management, ensuring the space was delivered in line with the client’s operational and cultural requirements.
