Edwards Complete Deal with Kellen Homes worth £20m

Acting for Reality Estates, Edwards sold Riverpark Trading Estate to Residential House Builder, Kellen Homes.
The 20-acre development site is close to the Etihad Stadium and is to be developed into around 390 homes.
The site was sold for c. £20m.
