Ophthalmologist sets sights on Peel’s Venus

Owned and part-occupied by Peel Waters, the eight-storey Venus is located close to the Trafford Centre. Ophthalmologist Community Health & Eyecare has become the building's latest tenant, joining SPIE, Capita Business Services, and Travel Counsellors.

Colliers acted for Peel on the deal. Edwards Property Consultants is the joint agent on the building.
