A commercial office complex by Manchester Airport has agreed leases for a total floor space of 21,076 sq ft to several new tenants and significant renewals.

Manchester International Office Centre (MIOC) – which has recently undergone a phased refurbishment, including creating its first decarbonised wing – has agreed six new tenant contracts and renewed or increased footprints for five current tenants.

Ed Keany, director at Edwards and Co, said:

"The quality of the product is exceptional, without the need for gimmicks or spin. Tenants are always pleasantly surprised by the sheer volume of communal space and amenity – we are very quick to recommend this building to our clients."
