HURST is taking 11,000 sq ft at 3 Stockport Exchange for their new HQ, relocating its 120-strong head office team to the new flagship development in Stockport.

The company has signed a ten-year lease to occupy the whole of the fifth floor of the building, which is the latest phase of a £145m project by Muse Developments and Stockport Council.

3 Stockport Exchange spans 64,000 sq ft and forms part of the wider Stockport Exchange development, which comprises 375,000 sq ft of office space and 28,000 sq ft of commercial retail and leisure amenities.

Andrew Timms of Edwards & Co represented HURST in its hunt for a new HQ. Simon Maddox of JMW Solicitors provided legal advice. Atul Bansal of Sheila Bird Studio is the design and fit-out adviser for the new offices. Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE are joint agents for the Stockport Exchange scheme.
