​Edwards & Co Acquire Brand New Convenience Store in Thornton Cleveleys for Private Clients

Acting on behalf of a private clients, Edwards & Co have acquired a brand new convenience store in Thornton Cleveleys. Totalling 4,325 sq.ft. and occupying a prominent position in a dense residential area, the premises were purchased for £1.1m.

The property is let to Co-Op on a 15-year lease, incorporating CPi linked rent reviews, and produces an annual rent of £55,000.
