Williams in as Edwards & Co adds service line

Alec Williams has joined Edwards & Co as director of building consultancy, leaving a director-level role at Capita to add to the Manchester firm's agency and investment teams.

Williams has over 17 years' experience in the North West market. He joined NB Real Estate from Donaldsons in 2006 to establish a team of building surveyors. NB was subsequently acquired and rebranded by Capita in 2010.

Clients Williams has acted for include Royal London Asset Management, LaSalle Investment Management, AXA REIM, Paloma Capital, Live Nation and Aberdeen Asset Management.
