Edwards strengthens Building Consultancy team with appointment of Senior Building Surveyor Laura Daniels.
Following the successful launch of our Building Consultancy division earlier this year, Edwards continues to invest in its growing team with the appointment of Senior Building Surveyor, Laura Daniels.
Laura joins Edwards from CBRE, bringing five years’ experience across Building Surveying and Project Management. Her appointment marks another important milestone for the expanding Building Consultancy team, led by Oliver Thomas, as we continue to respond to the growing client demand for technical and commercial property advice.
Working across a diverse range of commercial property projects, Laura has developed expertise in technical building surveys, project management and delivering high-quality workplace environments. Her experience further strengthens Edwards’ ability to support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their property assets, from acquisition and due diligence through to refurbishment, fit-out and project delivery.
Laura said: “Moving from a large corporate practice to joining a specialist independent consultancy is an exciting opportunity and will be a fantastic new experience. So far, I’ve had the opportunity to work much more closely with clients, providing detailed technical advice whilst managing bespoke, high-quality fit-out projects.

Since launching earlier this year, Edwards’ Building Consultancy division has continued to expand, providing clients with specialist advice across project management, technical due diligence, refurbishment, occupier fit-out, dilapidations and asset repositioning.
